Ministry & History: Joel and Anya have just moved to this former Soviet Union country to begin the college ministry. Joel is an American who met Anya, a native Ukrainian, when they worked together for Ukraine for Christ in Odessa, Ukraine. They are joined in this new pioneering work by Mark and Carole Watson and family who were part of the initial team that began a similar ministry in Ukraine in the early 90’s. Joel and Anya are going into the dorms to meet and evangelize the students. A detailed discipleship program is begun for those responding to the Gospel. Many social functions and conferences are held to attract and teach other students in Christianity.
