Ministry & History: Corneliu has pastored the Philadelphia Church in Sibiu, Romania, for approximately 6 years. He and Mihaela are both natives of Romania. Corneliu had a vision for the first Romanian Prayer Mountain in 1993, several years before the Philadelphia Church started. His prayers have been answered and the building is nearing completion. The Horeb Prayer Mountain will offer a place of retreat for people all over central Romania to come and pray and seek God’s will.
